Grand Junction ◆ Locally owned
Your break room,
stocked.
Snacks, drinks and coffee your team never pays for. We bring the racks, the fridge and the coffee station, keep it all full, and bill your office one flat rate a month. Nobody makes the Sam's run again.
Why offices call us
Somebody at your office is doing the Sam's Club run right now.
They'd probably rather not be. It's an hour of somebody's Thursday, a cart nobody agrees on, a receipt to expense, and a shelf that's empty again by Tuesday.
We take that off the calendar for good. You get a break room that's always full, always fresh, and always has the stuff your people actually reach for. And the one person who's been quietly buying it gets their afternoon back.
How it works
Three steps, and then you stop thinking about it.
There's no portal to learn, no order forms to fill out and nothing for your team to sign up for. We handle the whole thing.
We set it up
You don't lift a finger. We bring the racks, the baskets, the fridge and the coffee station, we own all of it, and we have it looking sharp before lunch. Point us at an outlet and we'll do the rest.
We keep it stocked
We come by on a regular schedule, top everything off, and pay attention. What your team loves shows up in bigger quantities. What nobody touches quietly stops coming.
One flat rate
Same number every month, based on your headcount. No item tallies, no minimums, no surprise invoice at the end of a hungry week. If your team eats more than we planned, that's our problem, not yours.
Pricing
Pick a plan. Multiply by your headcount. That's the whole bill.
Every plan is priced per employee, per month, and includes the equipment, the product, the delivery and the restocking. There is nothing else to add on.
SNACKS ONLY
The classic snack wall. Chips, crackers, bars, nuts and sweets on shelves we supply.
- Racks, baskets and displays included
- Rotating menu of 35+ snacks
- Healthy and protein options standard
- Regular scheduled restocking
SNACKS + DRINKS
Everything above, plus a glass-front fridge stocked with cold drinks.
- Everything in Snacks Only
- Drink fridge supplied and stocked
- Sparkling water, soda, teas, electrolytes
- Bottled water always on hand
COFFEE ONLY
A proper coffee station for offices that are happy with their snack situation.
- Keurig brewer supplied
- K-Cups from real roasters
- Cups, lids, stirrers, sugar, creamer
- Never runs out mid-morning
ALL INCLUSIVE
The full break room. Snacks, cold drinks and coffee, all of it handled.
- Everything in every plan above
- Racks, fridge and coffee station
- Saves $5 per employee vs. buying the pieces
- One invoice, one number, done
That works out to roughly 15–30¢ per employee, per hour. Less than one percent of what you already pay them, and it's the part they see every single day. Surveys keep finding the same thing: most workers would take better everyday benefits over a small raise, and this is the cheapest one on the menu.
Quick estimate
What would this cost our office?
Drag your headcount, pick a plan, and see the real number. No email required. This is just math.
Based on a 2,080-hour work year. Your actual invoice is exactly headcount × plan price. No fees, no fuel surcharge, no minimum.
Get this quoted properlyWhat we stock
We build the shelf around your office.
There's no fixed menu. We start with a spread that covers the obvious bases, watch what actually disappears, and tune it from there: more of what your team loves, none of what nobody touches.
Snacks
Chips and salty stuff, cookies and candy, and a real better-for-you section with protein bars, granola, nuts, jerky and dried fruit, because somebody in every office is trying.
Name brands your team already recognizes, in single-serve sizes, on shelving we supply.
Drinks
A glass-front fridge with something for everyone: bottled water, sparkling water, regular and diet soda, iced tea, juice and electrolyte drinks.
Always cold, never down to the one flavor nobody wanted.
Coffee
A Keurig station that's actually maintained, with roasts people are happy to drink, plus decaf and hot tea.
Cups, lids, creamer, sweetener and stir sticks all included, and it never runs dry at 10am.
Want the full item list? We'll bring it along with your sample basket, and you can cross off anything your office doesn't want to see.
Why offices do this
It's the cheapest thing on the whole benefits menu.
A stocked break room isn't a nice-to-have line item. It's the one perk your team runs into every single day, and it costs a rounding error next to what you already spend on people.
workers say they'd choose better everyday benefits over a small pay raise.
Widely reported in workplace benefits surveys.offices actually offer free snacks, and almost none in Grand Junction do.
Which makes it an easy way to stand out locally.an employee's salary is what it costs to replace them, by Gallup's math.
Against that, $30 a month per person isn't a close call.Questions
The stuff people ask on the first call.
Who actually pays, us or our employees?
You do. That's the whole model. Your office pays one flat monthly rate and everything on the shelf is free to your team. No vending machines, no card readers, no honor box, nobody digging for quarters.
What if our team eats more than you expected?
That's our problem, not yours. The rate is flat. If your office turns out to be hungrier than average, your invoice doesn't move. We just adjust the order. It's the reason we price per employee instead of per item.
Do we have to buy the fridge, racks or coffee maker?
No. We supply and own all of it: the shelving, the baskets, the glass-front fridge and the Keurig. There's no setup fee and no install fee. If you ever cancel, we come pick it up and that's that.
Are we locked into a contract?
Month to month, cancel anytime, no termination fee. We'd rather earn the next month than trap you in a year of them.
How often do you restock?
Most offices are on a weekly visit. Bigger or hungrier offices go more often. We watch what actually disappears and set the cadence so the shelf is never bare on a Thursday afternoon.
Can we request specific items?
Please do. Tell us the thing your office is weirdly passionate about and it'll be there next visit. We also pull anything that isn't moving, so you're not staring at the same sad bag of pretzels for a month.
Do you have healthy options?
Yes, and they're standard, not an upcharge. Protein bars, nuts, edamame, freeze-dried fruit, jerky, sparkling water and bottled water are all in the regular rotation. If your office wants the shelf skewed healthy, we'll skew it.
How small an office is too small?
We work with offices from about five people up. Small offices are often our easiest customers. One person makes the call, and the whole team notices the change the same week.
What areas do you serve?
Grand Junction and the Grand Valley: downtown, Horizon Drive, the Patterson corridor, the Redlands, Fruita, Clifton and Palisade. If you're a little outside that, call us anyway and we'll figure it out.
How do we start?
Call, or fill out the form below. We'll bring a free sample basket by your office. No charge, no obligation, and you keep it either way. If it's empty by Thursday, you'll know.
